The living space is open plan with a fully equipped smart new kitchen, large dining table which seats 10, with log burner in the lounge area. Folding patio doors lead to a patio area with table and chairs and a large communal grass area.
Upstairs the balcony off the master bedroom offers fabulous sea and countryside views. There is also a downstairs King bedroom with a Jack and Jill shower room. All rooms have smart TVs.
Situated close to the onsite pub, shop, tennis court and pool facilities, the property is only a 10 minute walk along a footpath to the fabulous Filey beach.
Filey town is only a 30-40 minute walk along the beach (depending on the tide) or there are regular buses departing close to The Bay entrance into Filey, Scarborough and Bridlington.
