The space: You will enter the Apartment from the first floor landing into a small hallway with a galley kitchen to the left with rear door leading out onto the fire escape. To the right are the 3 remaining rooms;the rear bedroom,bathroom and lounge/diner. There is also a closet for hanging coats/footwear.
Guest access: You can use all the space in the Apartment but please be aware the entrance hallway on the ground floor is also used by other residents/guests in the property.The front door must be locked on entering/leaving. Once in the hallway the flight of stairs are to the left round the corner (not visible from the entrance)with a handrail on the right hand side.The Apartment is on the first floor with the name ‘Westfield 4b’ on the exterior door.
The outside rear courtyard is only for the residents of the basement Apartment.
Also the small balcony leading from Westfield Apartment by the rear door from the kitchen is not suitable to sit on as emergency exit only.
Other things to note: Free road side parking only on the surrounding streets.
