LEVEL: EASY
This circular walk takes you between the coastal town of Filey with its many attractions and stunning sea views, and the village of Hunmanby, known as the Gateway to the Yorkshire Wolds.
Hunmanby is also officially the largest village in England and one of the oldest.
You can pick up a Hunmanby Trail leaflet from the village post office, which helps you to explore the village itself. However, this route takes you a slight detour so that you don’t miss the historic “lock-up”.
The route is mainly paths and bridleways and a section of footpaths taking you through fields with livestock.
