Glenavon House Holiday Apartments which are situated in Rutland Street which is very close to the town centre and only five minutes walk to the Beach, it is a Victorian House which has been tastefully converted into three fully self contained apartments.

The Ground floor apartment sleeps 7 and is run as a holiday business by the proprieter Mandy Woolley.You will find this ground floor apartment very welcoming, it has central heating throughout for the colder months, there is also a garage with the property providing space for one car.

This room is a large room with a settee and chair also a double bed settee, TV and gas fire, it is a very cosy and relaxing room.

Double Bedroom

Main double bedroom has a wash hand basin, there is enough space to put in a single chair bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, dressing table and bedside tables.

Twin Bedroom

This room has twin beds and a wash hand basin also, and is big enough to put a single chair, there is a wardrobe, dressing table and a bedside cabinet.

Bathroom
The bathroom is with bath and shower unit, wash basin and toilet.

Kitchen/Diner

The kitchen is fully equipped with electric cooker, microwave, toaster and washing machine. There is a dining table which seats up to six people. From the kitchen is an arch to the Utility area where there is a fridge and dryer.

There is a yard at the back which is ideal for children and small pets.
